Ayuro Health

Legal

Terms of Use.

Plain-English summary. A comprehensive, legally reviewed version will be published before the platform accepts its first booking.

1. What we do

Ayuro is an Ayurvedic wellness education and discovery platform. We offer an educational AI chat, free educational consultations with verified Ayurvedic practitioners, and a curated directory of Ayurveda centres. We do not provide medical care.

2. Not medical advice

Nothing on Ayuro — the chat, a consultation, an article, or a centre listing — is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and none of it replaces care from a licensed physician in your country. Our practitioners are wellness and Ayurvedic educators; they do not diagnose conditions, prescribe or adjust medication, or handle emergencies. For any medical condition, medication, pregnancy, or emergency, contact your local healthcare provider or emergency services.

3. Consultations & recording

Consultations are 30-minute video calls on Google Meet. During our launch period the first consultation is free for an initial group of members; after that, consultations are paid — the current prices are shown on the consultation page and may change over time. Where a consultation is paid, payment is collected at the time of booking. Before booking, you confirm that you understand the educational scope and consent to the session being recorded and transcribed — including by third-party transcription service providers under privacy safeguards. How we handle recordings is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Retreat referrals

Ayuro is a referral agent, not a seller of retreats. When you proceed with a centre, you contract directly with that centre — we do not take payment, hold bookings, or sign the stay contract. The centre is responsible for the accuracy of its listing and the quality of its facilities, treatments, and services. Ayuro may receive a commission from centres booked through our referrals.

5. Limitation of liability

Ayuro is provided on an “as is” basis for educational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ayuro is not liable for decisions you make based on educational content, or for the services delivered by any third-party centre. You are responsible for consulting your own healthcare provider before acting on anything you learn here.
