What we collect
- Account details — your name and email when you sign in (via Google through our identity provider).
- Booking details — the practitioner, time, and any notes you provide when you book a consultation.
- Chat transcripts — the messages you send the AI chat, kept to improve the service and for safety auditing.
- Consultation recordings & transcripts — when you consent before booking, the Google Meet session is recorded and transcribed.
Why we collect it
To run consultations and the chat, to keep both safe and within their educational scope, and to improve the quality of the service. We do not sell your data.
Recordings & third-party processors
Consultation recordings may be processed by third-party transcription service providers under privacy safeguards and data-processing terms. We take this consent explicitly before you book, and you can decline by not proceeding with a booking. Recordings and transcripts are used for quality, safety, and product improvement only.
Your rights
You can request access to, or deletion of, your personal data — including consultation recordings and chat transcripts. Reach the team through the consultation booking flow and we will action your request.
