Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Last updated 23 June 2026. This policy applies to paid Ayurveda consultations booked through Ayuro.

What you are buying

An Ayuro consultation is a 30-minute live, online educational session with a certified Ayurvedic practitioner, delivered over Google Meet. You may buy a single consultation or a bundle of three. Payment is collected at the time of booking. Prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout.

Rescheduling — free, with notice

You can reschedule a booked session to another available time at no charge, provided you do so at least 12 hours before the scheduled start. Reschedule from your account or by contacting us. Sessions cannot be moved with less than 12 hours’ notice, and a missed session (no-show) without timely rescheduling is treated as delivered and is forfeited.

Cancellations & refunds

Because consultations are live educational services reserved specifically for you, fees are non-refundable once a booking is made. We will, however, issue a full refund in the following cases:

  • We are unable to deliver your session (for example, a practitioner cancellation) and you do not wish to reschedule.
  • You were charged but no booking was created due to a technical failure.
  • You were charged more than once for the same booking — the duplicate amount is refunded.
  • Where a refund is required by applicable law.

Refund timeline & method

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement. Refunds are made in the currency in which the payment was originally made.

Consultation bundles

A bundle grants three consultation credits, valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused credits are non-refundable and expire at the end of that period. If, before using any credit, we are unable to deliver the consultations, the unused bundle is refundable in full per the cases above.

How to request a refund or cancellation

Email kushagra@ayuro.org with your booking details. We acknowledge requests within 48 hours and resolve them as quickly as possible. See also our Grievance Redressal process and our Terms of Use.
